The Kollektive is an Edinburgh based group of graphic designers who love life, music, art and fashion. They are leading a movement, which is bringing graphic design to life and into the galleries.

In the first series of work, the Kollective explore the 20^th century’s fascination with sports footwear, specifically trainers.  Using their unquestionable talent and state-of-the-art technology to its full potential, every day trainers have been transformed into vibrant iconic symbols.

The majority of work is presented on stretched canvases, forming a centre piece for any home, restaurant, hotel, office, etc.

Any colour, size and combination of all artwork can be achieved.

The Kollective at present consists of Darren Smith and Mark Kennedy. The Kollective would love talented and creative people to invlte themselves into their group.
